GENTLE YOGA
Slow and gentle. This kind-hearted class will soothe your mind, body, and spirit.
YIN YOGA
Settle into stillness and embrace longer-held floor poses. This class offers plenty of space to get curious about your mind, breath, and body.
LEVEL II
These level-two classes are suitable for beginner students who are looking to establish a stable foundation for a growing yoga practice.
BEGINNER'S MIND
This class is recommended for those who are new to yoga (or new to the studio!) Learn to honor your breath and cultivate a balance between strength and flexibility.
MOON & MEDITATION
A slow-motion strength and flexibility flow followed by a deeply restorative guided meditation.
LEVEL III
Level-three classes build upon the foundation of a beginner's practice but move at a faster pace and repeat flow sequences twice.
WARRIOR FLOW
This class reinforces your connection to breath, provides opportunities to refine your transitions between poses, and explores intermediate and advanced poses.
LEVEL IV
Level four classes move at a faster pace and repeat flow sequences three or more times.
FIERCE WARRIOR
This cheerful class will provide opportunities to improve your endurance and empower you to explore intermediate to advanced poses.
