Studio Policies & Code of Conduct

Be mindful of any symptoms. If you are feeling sick or ill, please stay home.

Be mindful of personal hygiene. No offensive body odors or perfumes.​

​

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. However, we do have mats to borrow and a water station!

​

Please silence your cellphone before entering the studio. 

​

Aim to arrive at lease 10-15 minutes before class begins.

​

We understand that parking in our Orenco Station community can be challenging at times!

We will allow 5 additional minutes for you to arrive before locking the doors.

​

We lock the door before each class. You may leave your jacket and shoes in the lobby during class. We will offer you a basket for your valuables that you can take with you into the studio space.

Due to limited capacity and demand, we are implementing a No Show and Late Cancellation policy:

Lost & Found
Items left in the studios are donated to Goodwill twice a month. If you think you may have left something behind, please check the Lost and Found.

Final Sale
Please choose wisely; all sales are final. This applies to classes and products. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. If you are unsure about your schedule, please choose a shorter-term package.

Lost Item Policy

SoulShine Power Yoga will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances, so we recommend you refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. We do, however, provide a ‘Lost and Found’ box for items students may leave behind, like yoga mats or water bottles. ‘Lost and Found’ items will either be donated or disposed of every 30 days.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees:

• Please remove yourself from the class roster if you no longer plan on coming to class

• A late cancellation is any cancellation made within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time of class

• A no show is if you do not show up for class, or if you show up late for class and the doors are locked

• If you have a Class Pass, a class will be removed from your pass

• If you have an Unlimited Membership, you will be charged $5
